why e.coli form inclusion bodies??....for what purpose or the formation is due to what condition???.....

In industrial production of biopharmaceutical products,this things is the major problem...when higher expression = overexpression of recombinant gene was achieved, this inclusion bodies is start produced by the host especially in bacteria (eg e.coli)...and this will effect in the downstream process where additional process are required....

actually what happen inside the e.coli?
please give me the answer...(ask my self....)

there is a case where...one biopharmaceutical protein was inserted into one e.coli strain....after several fermentation process still cannot make a conclusion about the growth profile and still cannot reach the expected OD....i think this is not due to the fermentation condition...but all come from the basic mechanism inside the e.coli.....

even this microorganism had been studied in many research area....but people just force them to produce sumthing they want but...not consider what is needed by this poor microorganism....poor e.coli =(

How can i extract the knowledge about it??.....i need a strength frm deep inside my self....
